Do you have the original plans for my house? If not, what should I do?

We do not have original plans for homes built in the City prior to 2017.  In 2017, updated technology provided the Development Services Department the ability to save plans digitally. If your home was built in 2017 or later, there is a good chance we have copies of plans, anything prior to that, we suggest checking TRPA's website:, or you may have to hire an Architect.
