TAMARACK FIRE UPDATES & RESOURCES

South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue is continually monitoring the Tamarack fire situation. There are no evacuation orders in place for South Lake Tahoe residents.

BURN RESTRICTIONS
The Fire Chief has instituted a burn ban of solid fuels effective July 20 at 3pm. For more information, visit https://www.cityofslt.us/1188/Fire-Safety-FAQs.

NO EVACUATION ORDERS IN SLT
There are currently no evacuation orders for South Lake Tahoe residents.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION
Road work will continue as planned on Lake Tahoe Boulevard, Pioneer Trail, and Spruce Avenue. Public Works is in daily contact with dispatch and will amend construction work schedules if the status of the Tamarack fire changes.
