Parking Rates

Parking rates for the parking garage located at 1 Bellamy Court at the Heavenly Village are:

$1.25 per 20 minutes
$3.75 per hour
$25 daily maximum (a new day begins at 3:00AM)

$5.00 after 5PM - 3AM

Parking Rates During Holiday Periods

Holiday parking rates for the parking garage located at 1 Bellamy Court at the Heavenly Village are:

$2.50 per 20 minutes
$7.50 per hour
$50 daily maximum (a new day begins at 3:00AM)  

$10.00 after 5PM - 3AM


Holiday periods subject to double rates are: New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas. 

Be aware holiday periods include days surrounding the holiday, not just the date of the holiday.

New Parking System

A new parking system was installed at Heavenly Village parking garage on March 23, 2016.

The new system eliminates the use of printed parking tickets. License plate recognition and the use of telephone numbers will now be used to determine cost for parking garage. Payment is required at the kiosks near the Village entrance and on 2nd and 3rd floors of the parking garage.  No payment option at the garage exits.  

The Heavenly Village Cinema validates parking for up to 3 hours, but they must use the exact phone # you input upon entrance to the garage.  

Create an Account and Pay for Monthly or Annual Parking Passes:

The City of South Lake Tahoe offers an Online Parking account for the parking garage located at 1 Bellamy Court. The first time you register in the Parking System you will need to click on “New User” and create an account. Once your account has been approved you will be able to log in and manage your account as often as needed from any computer.

Parking Pass Rates*

  • Monthly Parking Pass $125 per month (April-October)
  • Monthly Parking Pass $175 per month (November-March)
  • 6-month Parking Pass $600 (effective date of purchase for six months)
  • Winter Ski Season Pass (effective date of purchase through end of April)
    • If purchased prior to November 30th = $600
    • If purchased between December 1st and December 31st = $500
    • If purchased between January 1st and the end of April = $400
