Risk Management

Risk Management is part of the City Attorney's office and is responsible for control of risk and focuses on the protection of the City's human, financial, and physical assets. The protection and well being of employees and the public is the utmost priority.

A variety of services are provided to City staff including risk assessments, safety training, loss control site reviews, insurance reviews, and liability claims reviews.  The Risk Manager is responsible for the Worker's Compensation process, as well as accident reporting and insurance subrogation claims.  The Risk Manager is also the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Coordinator for the City.
