  3. US 50 / South Shore Community Revitalization Project Community Meeting

    February 10, 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM @ South Tahoe Middle School

    Join us for a community meeting about the US 50 / South Shore Community Revitalization Project on Wednesday, February 10th from 4:30pm-7pm at the South Tahoe Middle School located at 2940 Lake Tahoe Blvd. in the Multi-Purpose Room Gym.   8. Tahoe Talks Brown Bag Lunch Series

    February 17, 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM @ One College Dr.

    Join us for the next Tahoe Talks Brown Bag lunch series on Wednesday, February 17th from noon to 1:30pm at Lake Tahoe Community College, located at One College Dr., in the Aspen Room. The topic is “How-to-City: Town of Truckee’s Success in Funding Recreation Time.” In 2014, with a 75% vote in favor, Truckee passed the Truckee Trails Measure R, a ¼ cent sales tax that could raise over ten million dollars in ten years for trails in Truckee. Learn how partners in the Truckee area worked together to create the measure and generate community support. Speakers are; Allison Pedley, Executive Director, Truckee Trails Foundation, Tony Lashbrook, Town Manager, Town of Truckee and Paco Lindsay, Truckee Business Owner.

  9. Design Guidelines Workshop

    February 17, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ City Council Chambers

    Join us for a Design Guidelines Public Workshop and discuss how to improve South Lake Tahoe’s visual character. This Workshop is hosted by the South Lake Tahoe Planning Commission on Wednesday, February 17th, 5pm-7pm in the City of South Lake Tahoe City Council Chambers located at 1901 Airport Rd., South Lake Tahoe. This is the second workshop and the Draft Design Guidelines will be reviewed. This is a free workshop open to all community members.
